When will my order arrive?

Because we custom print on demand the moment you purchase, we estimate that your items will process and ship in 2–5 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders usually arrive within 5-7 days within the U.S. International orders may take a little longer pending carrier.

Details: When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and shipped out, you will received a second email with tracking information.

We work as fast as we can to get your order out the door! Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, and Klarna.

Do you ship internationally?

We work with an on-demand fulfillment company with facilities worldwide and ship to most international countries with the exception of those currently on the United States Postal Service (USPS) "disruption" list.

International shipping rates may vary based on country import rules & regulations.

Can I edit, change or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, we are unable to edit orders or shipping addresses.

Please double check all information (addresses, sizes, etc) is correct prior to placing your order.

What is your refund and return policy?

Because The Niche is You™ just launched and we custom create on demand, we are only offering returns for damaged goods (THIS INCLUDES PRINT DEFECTS). If you notice any irregularities in...

- the garment
- the correct location of the print
- stitching

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at hello@thenicheisyou.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
